As Leadlight’s Director of Operations and Community Engagement, Megan leads our Administrative Team with a commitment to clarity, consistency, and care. She is dedicated to building systems that support both our clinicians and clients, while also shaping processes that make care more accessible, welcoming, and sustainable.
Megan plays a key role in developing and nurturing relationships throughout the community, partnering with schools, churches, healthcare providers, and local organizations to expand access to counseling services and reduce barriers to care. She is deeply invested in helping Leadlight show up as a trusted and collaborative presence in West Michigan, and works intentionally to build partnerships rooted in shared values, responsiveness, and long-term impact.
Before joining Leadlight, Megan spent over a decade in the advertising industry, where she developed a strong foundation in client service, project management, team leadership, and strategic planning. She now applies that experience to help our growing practice function smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring clients feel supported from their first interaction and clinicians are freed to focus on the heart of their work — healing and connection.
