Helping you not just function,
but flourish.
What To Expect
We know it can be intimidating to start therapy, whether you are seeking therapy for the first time or have had previous experience with counseling. When you begin (whether in person or online) you can expect a warm and welcoming space where you will be met with understanding and compassion. Our therapists create a collaborative, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their story.
At its core, therapy is about building a trusting relationship between the therapist and client, where you can feel safe and supported as you explore your thoughts, feelings, pain, and experiences. We believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and it is the therapist’s role to help facilitate that process by providing reflective support, and feedback.
Who We Serve
Individuals
We work with individuals to explore the unhelpful patterns of behavior or thoughts they find themselves repeating. Together, we aim to come alongside you to provide support, develop coping strategies, and gain insight that will enhance your overall well-being. Each person’s journey is unique, but with we will journey with you toward hope and healing.
Couples
Now more than ever couples are trying to navigate high-stress situations in their lives. The intimacy found in partnership can bring deep connection but also bring about significant pain. We walk with you to navigate relational dynamics and determine the best path forward.
Children & Adolescents
Anxiety and depression among other mental health concerns are on the rise in kids and adolescents. We can help struggling kids experience a safe space to explore and manage their big feelings and learn to cope in healthy and sustainable ways.
