Emma Hofman
Intake Coordinator
Emma Hofman serves as Leadlight’s Intake Coordinator and is often the first warm point of contact for clients reaching out for care. She approaches each interaction with thoughtfulness and respect, knowing that taking the first step into therapy can feel vulnerable. Emma is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Western Theological Seminary.
With a background in community mental health administration, Emma combines strong organization with genuine empathy to help clients feel supported from the very beginning. She is passionate about honoring each person’s unique needs and about thoughtfully connecting clients with therapists who are a great fit. Emma believes deeply in the healing that happens in the context of relationship and looks forward to her future work as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
