You’re capable and committed, and yet something feels off. I work with women, parents, entrepreneurs, and individuals in meaningful life transitions who are ready to move from surviving to intentional living.

Before I became a therapist, I spent nearly a decade in financial services — holding FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and working alongside individuals navigating high-stakes decisions about their lives and futures. That work gave me a deep respect for the pressure that comes with running a business, managing a career, and trying to show up fully in every other role at the same time. It’s part of why I do what I do now.

I hold a Licensed Professional Counselor holding a Master of Arts in Counseling from Spring Arbor University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Calvin University. I work with adolescents (16+), individual adults, and couples navigating life transitions, work and business stress, spiritual questions, relationship struggles, and the complicated work of figuring out who you want to be — not just who you’ve been. I believe your experiences, thoughts, and struggles are unique to you, and so are your gifts, joys, and perspectives. Counseling is a space to be seen without judgment and to explore what it might look like to live into a future of intentionality and purpose.

My approach draws from ACT, CBT, Internal Family Systems, and attachment-based therapy — always tailored to you and where you are right now. Pursuing your full, whole self is a gift you give not only to yourself, but to those around you. I’d love to help you write those next chapters with intention.
