Liz Weber, MA, LLC
Hi there! I’m Liz, a therapist passionate about helping people grow through life’s challenges and discover who they are along the way.
I work with clients of all ages, but I especially love supporting older teens, young adults, and couples as they navigate transitions, relationships, and identity.
I have a special heart for working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse individuals. I’m committed to creating a space that’s affirming, safe, and deeply respectful of who you are. Whether you’re questioning, coming out, or exploring what authenticity means for you, I’m here to walk alongside you with openness and care.
With couples, I enjoy helping partners reconnect and rebuild trust through both calm and challenging seasons. Whether it’s helping a couple navigate day-to-day stress, healing from infidelity, navigating new identities, or rediscovering intimacy and friendship, I would be honored to walk with you and your partner. I’m Level II certified in the Gottman Method, and I also draw from Bowen Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support growth and communication.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over seven years working in schools as an ESL teacher and behavioral support interventionist, so I deeply understand the pressures students face both academically and socially. That background allows me to help teens manage school stress, anxiety, and identity struggles in ways that truly fit their world. Having lived and worked in diverse cultural settings both in the U.S. and abroad, I’m also passionate about cultural awareness and inclusion, and I bring that lens into every session.
My approach is warm, relational, and strengths-based. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling understood and valued. With all ages of clients, I love making therapy engaging and fun by using art and expressive activities that help individuals express what words can’t always capture.
No matter your age, background, or story, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up fully as yourself, messy parts and all, and begin to find healing, clarity, and hope for what’s next.
If you’re ready to take that next step, I’d be honored to meet you and your family and start the journey together.
