My specialty is child, adolescent, and family work, but I also love working with adults of all ages. I’m Rebecca, and I work with clients across the full lifespan, from infants through older adults. My approach is relationship-based and client-led, and I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental presence to every person who walks through my door.

My deepest specialty is infant and early childhood mental health, child and adolescent therapy, and parent-child relationship support — work I’ve been doing for 11 years. When children are struggling, I believe the most powerful thing we can do is come alongside their caregivers too.

I use attachment-based interventions to foster healthy parent-child relationships, supporting parents and caregivers in understanding their own emotional responses and needs. Through the therapeutic relationship, I offer co-regulation — building caregivers’ capacity to recognize and respond to their child’s cues. And I work hard to make therapy genuinely fun for kids: my sessions incorporate play, sandtray, art, and expressive modalities, because I want your child to actually look forward to coming.

I hold a Master of Social Work from the Erikson Institute, a graduate school nationally recognized for its focus on child development and human learning. I work with adults on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, domestic violence, ADHD, and life transitions. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care and strive to be affirming of all identities and cultures — you are welcome here exactly as you are. My therapeutic approach draws from attachment theory, relational neuroscience, play therapy, DBT, CBT, and mindful self-compassion.
