Operations Assistant
Cat serves as the Operations Assistant at Leadlight Counseling, supporting the practice both behind the scenes and through direct client support. She brings steady problem-solving, thoughtful communication, and a genuine desire to learn into every part of her work. Cat is currently completing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Cat supports the administrative team across scheduling, billing, community engagement, and intake coordination. As one of the first voices clients often hear, she is especially mindful of creating an experience that feels warm, clear, and supportive from the very start. Cat is grateful to be part of a team that values compassion and growth, and she considers it a privilege to help connect people with care.
