Caitlin serves as Leadlight’s Client Care & Operations Coordinator, supporting both the client experience and the day-to-day operations that help the practice run smoothly. She brings a thoughtful, steady presence to her work and is passionate about creating systems and communication that make care feel accessible, clear, and supportive for every client. Often one of the first points of contact, Caitlin is intentional about creating interactions that feel welcoming, calm, and grounded in care from the very beginning.
Before joining Leadlight, Caitlin spent several years in administrative and communication-focused roles, including serving as an executive assistant and as a writer and newsletter editor. She brings a strong foundation in organization, communication, and relationship-centered work to her role.
Caitlin deeply believes in the work happening at Leadlight and feels honored to support the process of connecting people with meaningful, counseling services.
