Therapist
Note: Cassandra is available for telehealth only.
Hi, I’m Cassandra. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to truly meet ourselves — both the parts that are struggling and the parts that have been working so hard to hold everything together. The space I offer is warm, steady, and deeply respectful of your pace. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (parts work), somatic therapy, and psychodynamic perspectives, I take a trauma-informed approach that honors the mind-body connection — making room for experiences held in the nervous system to be gently processed and released. Together, we’ll explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, bringing awareness to the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape how you move through life.
Ages I work with
- Individual Adults 18+
I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Our work focuses not only on building practical tools to help you cope in the present, but also on tending to the deeper wounds that may be driving those struggles beneath the surface. This creates space for both relief and lasting change — so you’re not just getting through, but beginning to feel more connected, grounded, and like yourself again.
I see clients exclusively via telehealth, which means we can meet from wherever feels most comfortable to you — your home, your office, or anywhere you have a private, quiet space and a reliable connection.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Cornerstone University. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, divorce, ADHD, religious trauma and deconstruction, and neurodivergence.
