Hi, I’m Connor! I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, and I specialize in supporting clients with complex trauma and PTSD, foster care and adoption experiences, disordered eating, body dysphoria, mood and personality disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and substance use concerns.

I’ve previously worked in residential and inpatient settings serving youth with significant trauma histories, and I truly believe the past does not define anyone. Therapy can surface heavy and painful things, but it doesn’t have to feel that way every session—laughter and moments of lightness can be healing too. I aim to bring warmth and humor into the work while honoring the seriousness of what clients are carrying.

I have particular expertise in disordered eating—including purging, bingeing, anorexia, and restrictive tendencies. I help clients discover that an eating disorder is not who they are, supporting them in reclaiming a sense of self apart from the illness and building hope for recovery. As part of Leadlight, I collaborate with a dedicated ARFID and disordered eating consultation team to ensure high-quality, informed, and consistent care for every family I work with.

I meet each child, teen, and young adult where they are, collaborating with them at every step of the therapeutic journey. My flexible, integrative approach draws from trauma-informed CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, activity- and play-based interventions, and somatic work. I partner closely with parents and caregivers, because healing is often strongest when the whole support system is involved.

It is an honor to walk alongside the youth and families I serve. Throughout the process, I aim to be a steady advocate, supportive guide, and gentle challenger—helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered as they move toward healing and their personal goals.
