Hello! I’m Kristi and I specialize in child, adolescent, and family therapy. I have worked as an elementary school counselor for over 14 years and have a unique expertise in helping children with school-related difficulties. I also have a passion for helping children, teens, and families who are dealing with sudden parental loss or grief of any kind as I have experienced my own personal grief journey. Some of the children I work with struggle with anxiety, ADHD, behavioral concerns, school refusal, managing big emotions, or struggling with life changes.

My desire is to build a safe, trusting environment in which a child or family can feel completely comfortable letting it all out – the good, bad, and the ugly. I consider it a huge honor and privilege to be welcomed into a child’s life and how they experience the world. I love learning about each child’s interests and enjoy incorporating those interests into sessions. My goal is that your child looks forward to coming back to counseling!
