Hi, I’m Michelle! I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. I’ve spent 14 years working with children, teens, and families, and I especially love working with families who have young children.

Maybe your child’s worries are starting to get in the way of school, sleep, or friendships. Maybe meltdowns have become part of the daily routine and nothing you’ve tried seems to stick. Maybe the school keeps calling and you’re not sure what’s going on underneath. You don’t need to have it figured out before we start. That’s what we work on together.

I’m comfortable working with kids with a wide range of needs, including autism, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral struggles, and challenges at school. Every child is different, so our work is shaped around who your child is and what your family needs.

I believe the relationship between parent, child, and therapist is at the heart of growth. I see parents as partners in this work. I meet children and families where they are, and we problem-solve together, building a plan that fits your real life.
