Rachel Wilson, LMSW
Therapist
Moving out of long-held patterns of how you show up in the world and how you feel your feelings — or don’t — can be scary and difficult. But you deserve to get unstuck. Sometimes having the space to name what you’re carrying is where healing begins. I believe that happens in an environment where you feel truly heard, supported, and free from judgment. You were never meant to do it all alone. I’m Rachel, a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hope College.
Ages I work with
- Individuals 16+
I work with individuals 16 and older navigating a wide range of challenges — trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation, ADHD, domestic violence, substance use, and the kind of deep, stuck patterns that feel impossible to move. I’ve worked with people from diverse backgrounds throughout my career and I bring both clinical skill and genuine care to every session. My approach draws from CBT, mindfulness-based practices, and person-centered therapy — always shaped by what you need and where you are. Whatever you may be struggling with, my goal is to walk alongside you while you heal, grow, and thrive.
