Therapist

She/Her

Hello, I am Stephanie, a therapist who understands firsthand how vulnerable it can feel—and how much courage it takes—to show up to the therapy process. I aim in my role to make the experience to be one that is deeply compassionate, collaborative, strength-based, human-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe everyone, at every stage, is capable of experiencing glimmers of healing and growth, even if it is a messy, gradual and a persistent endeavor.

I specialize in working with caregivers and parents of children and teens navigating medical emergencies, chronic illness, grief, eating challenges, school challenges, LGBTQ+ wellbeing, and neurodivergence.

Ages I work with

  • Adolescents 13+, Individual Adults, Parents, Families

I hold a deep belief that caregivers deserve their own space to slow down, process, and be safely supported through what can often feel devastatingly overwhelming. I believe that when we are able to extend compassion toward ourselves, we are better able to cope, find joy, and fulfill our desire to care best for those we love most.

I am especially passionate about supporting women and queer individuals as they navigate life transitions, motherhood, chronic illness, parenting, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, infertility and pregnancy loss, perimenopause, relationship and identity concerns, spirituality, grief, trauma recovery, caregiver burnout, and compassion fatigue.

I am neuro-affirming and queer-affirming, and I believe every person deserves to be seen, valued, and affirmed in their humanity. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, safety, and authenticity, recognizing these as essential foundations for healing.
