Kade Swartz, MA, LLC
Therapist
Hi there, I’m Kade. I became a therapist because I genuinely believe everyone deserves a space to feel seen, heard, and understood — and I consider it a privilege every time someone trusts me with their story. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and bring that training into a warm, collaborative approach that follows your lead. Whether you’re an individual navigating a difficult season, a couple working to strengthen your relationship, or a family facing something hard together, my goal is to walk alongside you with honesty, care, and hope for what’s ahead.
Ages I work with
- Adolescents 14+
- Adult Individuals
- Couples
- Families
I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) — practical, evidence-based approaches that help you make sense of what you’ve been through and find new ways of moving forward. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and major life transitions. I also especially enjoy working with couples, whether you’re preparing for marriage or working to rebuild connection in a long-term relationship. Sessions are collaborative and paced to you — I pay attention to what you bring each week and we work from there.
Above all, I want you to feel welcomed, cared for, and supported as you pursue the change and restoration you’re looking for. If you’re ready to take that first step, reach out — we’d love to help you get started.
