Hi, I’m Zane Snarski! I work with adolescents facing anxiety, depression, school-related challenges, and social-emotional difficulties. The teen years bring a lot at once: pressure at school, shifting friendships, and figuring out who you are. I believe every person should feel accepted, seen, and heard for who they are, so I put a lot of care into building a genuine, supportive relationship with each client. Our sessions are a safe place to explore what’s going on, practice coping skills that work in real life, and build confidence in who they are.

Outside of Leadlight, I’m a special education social worker at an elementary school in Holland, where I support the social-emotional growth of students with IEPs. Much of that work focuses on students with ADHD, autism, emotional impairments, and specific learning disabilities. Working inside a school has shown me how much of a young person’s day is shaped by what happens in the classroom and with peers. I bring that understanding into my work at Leadlight, and I’m glad to help families think through school-related concerns when they come up.
