Kayla Droscha, LLMSW
Hello there! I am Kayla Droscha and I work with adolescents and adults ages 12 through adults. Life can be overwhelming, and reaching out for counseling takes courage. My hope is to meet you exactly where you are — with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. I strive to create a calm, inclusive space where you feel safe to share your story honestly, even in the midst of chaos or uncertainty. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, grounded in thoughtful conversation and a deep respect for your experiences, your pace, and your goals.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, eating concerns, ADHD, identity exploration, trauma, grief, relational challenges, and LGBTQIA+ topics. I care deeply about helping people make meaning of their stories and discover ways to move forward with intention and hope. While we may not be able to change what has happened in the past, we can explore how those experiences shape the present and work toward a future that feels more authentic and whole.
I hold a Master of Counseling from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and have experience walking alongside teens, young adults, and adults during seasons of significant transition. I have a special interest in identity-focused work and enjoy supporting students and young adults as they navigate change, uncertainty, and questions of purpose. It would be an honor to walk alongside you in your healing and growth.
